1. Use of Service

You may use BiasCoin only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account, API keys, and any systems that consume the API on your behalf.

You may not share paid access in a way that bypasses plan limits, subscription controls, or usage restrictions.

2. Accounts and Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, API keys, and administrative access. You must promptly notify BiasCoin of suspected unauthorized access or account compromise.

3. Billing and Subscription

Paid access is billed through Stripe and may renew automatically unless cancelled. You are responsible for any charges, taxes, or fees associated with your plan.

Your paid subscription may include both API access and the BiasCoin automation product, subject to the current plan description.

4. SEC-Derived Data

BiasCoin uses SEC filings and disclosure data as a source, then normalizes it into API responses. That process may include delays, omissions, issuer-specific gaps, or data quality limitations.

5. No Investment Advice

BiasCoin is not investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. BiasCoin does not recommend securities, evaluate suitability, create model portfolios, or tell you what to buy, sell, or hold.

6. User-Directed Automation

BiasCoin allows users to link a brokerage account, choose their own stock basket, set their own reserve cash amount, and configure a minimum sweep threshold. If enabled, BiasCoin may place buy-only notional stock orders on the user's behalf according to those standing instructions.

You are solely responsible for the securities in your basket, your reserve cash, your sweep threshold, whether automation is enabled, and all resulting orders and investment outcomes.

7. Brokerage and Third Parties

BiasCoin integrates with third-party providers for brokerage connectivity and Stripe for billing. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms, disclosures, and operational requirements.

BiasCoin is not responsible for brokerage outages, market halts, rejected orders, delayed executions, exchange issues, or third-party API failures outside its control.

8. Order Execution Risk

Preview results are informational only and do not guarantee that a later execution will match the same cash amount, order sizing, prices, fills, or market conditions.

Market orders, partial fills, rejected orders, delayed fills, and skipped sweeps can occur. BiasCoin does not promise best execution, continuous availability, or uninterrupted automation.

9. Acceptable Use
  • Do not abuse rate limits or attempt to bypass access controls.
  • Do not reverse engineer private admin or internal-only tooling.
  • Do not use the service to break the law, harm others, or compromise platform security.
  • Do not use BiasCoin in a way that violates brokerage rules, securities laws, or third-party platform terms.
10. Termination

BiasCoin may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, abuse, security issues, or violations of these terms. BiasCoin may also disable automation features immediately if there is a safety, compliance, billing, brokerage, or platform-integrity concern.

11. Contact

For product, billing, or legal questions, use the support contact associated with your BiasCoin account or deployment.
