Use of service

Accounts and keys

You may not share paid access in a way that bypasses plan limits, subscription controls, or usage restrictions.

Billing

Paid access is billed through Stripe and may renew automatically unless cancelled.

You are responsible for any charges, taxes, or fees associated with your plan.

Data and availability
SEC-derived data BiasCoin uses SEC filings and disclosure data as a source, then normalizes it into API responses. That process may include delays, omissions, or issuer-specific gaps.
No investment advice The service is a data product for software and research workflows. It is not investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
No uptime guarantee yet This MVP may change, pause, or evolve over time. Availability and performance targets should not be treated as enterprise SLA commitments unless separately agreed.
Acceptable use
  • Do not abuse rate limits or attempt to bypass access controls.
  • Do not reverse engineer private admin or internal-only tooling.
  • Do not use the service to break the law, harm others, or compromise platform security.
Termination

BiasCoin may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, abuse, security issues, or violations of these terms.

You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any active subscription commitments.
