1. Information We Collect

BiasCoin may collect account information such as email address, password hash, display name, subscription state, basket configuration, sweep configuration, and acceptance of terms and disclosures.

If you link your brokerage account, BiasCoin may also store brokerage-linked operational data such as account identifiers, encrypted OAuth tokens, connection status, portfolio snapshots, positions, sweep runs, order metadata, and audit events.

2. How We Use Data

BiasCoin uses account and configuration data to authenticate users, maintain subscriptions, operate the SEC API product, run user-directed automation, display dashboard information, and provide support and troubleshooting.

BiasCoin may also use logs and metadata to prevent abuse, enforce plan limits, investigate errors, improve product reliability, and support trading safety controls such as sweep locks and kill switches.

3. Sensitive Brokerage Data

Brokerage authorization access tokens and refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest and are never intentionally exposed to the frontend.

BiasCoin stores sweep runs, planned orders, submitted orders, status updates, and related brokerage identifiers so users can review what the system attempted or submitted.

Portfolio snapshots, position snapshots, and audit logs may be retained to support history views, performance pages, fraud prevention, and incident review.

4. Third Parties

BiasCoin uses third-party providers including Stripe for subscription billing and a brokerage connectivity provider for account linking and order routing. Those providers may collect, process, and retain information according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

BiasCoin does not store raw payment card numbers. Payment processing and customer billing portal functions are handled by Stripe.

5. Cookies and Basic Telemetry

BiasCoin may use cookies or similar browser storage for session management, consent state, and basic website functionality. BiasCoin may also store limited visit logs and operational request metadata to secure the product, diagnose issues, and understand how the service is being used.

6. Retention and Security

BiasCoin retains operational records, billing state, and execution history for product operation, compliance, auditability, customer support, and abuse prevention for as long as reasonably necessary.

No system is perfectly secure, and BiasCoin cannot guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and promptly reporting suspected account compromise.

7. Updates

BiasCoin may update this privacy policy over time as the product evolves. The current version posted on the website will govern use from that point forward unless otherwise required by law.
